He was good in the Brutalist. I just watched it last nights, yes plural... it's like 3.5 hours long or something so it took me 3 nights. I thought the movie would be more about the brutalist architecture movement though, and not so much about one person. The movie starts out strong (and the cinematography holds strong the whole time) but the plot gets a little sloppy about half way through and (to me) lost the "this is a great picture" feeling by the end.

She was from South Africa and I think she was happy to talk to me as she was mostly around Chinese-only speaking people.
